Q. How can I report bugs?
A. If you see bugs or experience errors, please open Settings in the Comino app and tap "Contact Support." You can also go to the Menu of your story. In the panel you'll be able to find "Report typo," please describe the bug and we'll work on it. If you can't find it, please send us a screenshot, we'll get back with you as soon as possible.
Q. How can I get diamonds?
A. The diamonds used in our app to unlock new stories can be obtained for free by working on tasks. Some features will be available after waiting the required time to be unlocked. If you don't want to wait you can also buy diamonds. At Comino we are always looking into more ways to bring you free diamonds.
Q. Why is my language not supported?
A. We are always working in order to improve our translations. Japanese and English will always be the default. Currently, we have a dedicated team of translators who are working around the clock to translate all of our stories. New releases will be updated over time to add other languages. Since all languages are translated by natives, we can only support those languages in our apps currently. If your language is not supported, you can feel free to contact us if you would like to volunteer!
Q. Can I transfer my data?
A. Yes and No. Currently, you cannot transfer data to another account one our individual apps. Once the app has been deleted it is not possible to recover your diamonds and backlog, so please be careful. If you are using our Comino app that contains all of our stories, be sure to create an accountIf you have deleted the app by any chance, please log in using your previous account and the app will detect it. You can log in using your Google, Facebook or apple accounts.
Q. I didn't get my diamonds.
A. After paying or watching advertisements the diamonds may take some time to arrive, if this is your case, please wait a little and restart the app.
